SportsWeek is designed for children aged 5–12. Children who are 5 years old must be currently enrolled in, or have completed, kindergarten. This ensures they are developmentally ready for the structure of the day and can fully enjoy the SportsWeek experience.
A typical day at SportsWeek is active, structured, and fun. We offer a 30-minute rolling arrival window, during which children are welcomed with a “morning game” to help ease transitions and support a smooth parent goodbye.
Throughout the day, children take part in one morning sport and one afternoon sport of their choice, with a lunch break in between. Each day finishes with the full SportsWeek group coming together for a final team game.
SportsWeek is designed for every type of child. We understand how important early sporting experiences are in shaping a child’s confidence and long-term enjoyment of physical activity.
Because SportsWeek is designed and led by teachers, we specialise in creating positive, engaging environments where all children feel supported — especially those who may be unsure or new to sport. Our goal is for every child to leave each day smiling, confident, and excited to return.
No — children do not need to be good at sports to attend SportsWeek. Our camps are designed to support a wide range of abilities, from children trying sports for the first time to those who already enjoy being active.
Activities are adapted so every child can participate at their own level, with an emphasis on effort, enjoyment, and personal improvement. This ensures all children feel included, supported, and successful throughout the week.
SportsWeek sets the standard for what an outstanding multi-sport camp should be. We understand that parents want a seamless experience — no worries about daily drop-offs, and children who are excited to attend.
Through our expert coaches, differentiated programming, and a culture of choice and support, every child has the opportunity to thrive, build confidence, and enjoy a fun, engaging camp experience tailored to their needs.
SportsWeek is a multi-sport camp designed to give children a variety of physical experiences in one week. Rather than focusing on a single sport, we offer a mix of activities that allow children to try different sports, develop new skills, and discover what they enjoy most.
This approach encourages fun, confidence, and a love of being active, while ensuring every child — regardless of experience or skill level — can participate, learn, and thrive.
