Matt Dochniak
Matt is currently the Athletic Director at Brockton School and has over 11+ years experience teaching Physical Education and leading sports programs in England and Canada. He has taught tennis privately on the North Shore for the past 5 years and is passionate about making sport accessible and fun for all abilities.
He founded SportsWeek in 2023 and has been committed to creating an outstanding camp experience for athletes and their families.

Matt Stickland
Matt is the definition of a master coach. He has led multiple summer camps in the past and as the co-owner of the Private Coaching Collective, he currently works in multiple schools delivering a range of sporting activities both before and after-school. As well as being a certified personal trainer, Matt has a wealth of coaching qualifications across multiple sports.

Emma Bullick
Emma began her coaching journey over a decade ago as a junior soccer coach in grade 7, sparking a lifelong dedication to youth sports and mentorship. Since then, she has mentored at five recreation centers and led over 50 physical education programs across the North Shore, reaching hundreds of young athletes.
A former collegiate soccer player and national competitor in ultimate frisbee, Emma brings personal athletic experience and a deep understanding of resilience and commitment to her coaching.

Ayesha Francis
Ayesha is a current player for the Capilano University womens team and has a dedication to youth sports and mentorship. She has coached and mentored numerous athletes through her work with Private Coaching Co.

Nikki Burge
Nikki is a physical education and outdoor education specialist teacher at Brockton School. Her energy and enthusiasm for the outdoors is infectious, and she is an expert in her field. She is a highly qualified wilderness first aid responder, and her love of the outdoors includes activities such as hiking, kayaking, canoeing, skiing and more. Nikki is also a high-level soccer player who still competes weekly.

Adam Wilson
Adam is currently in his 6th year as the Junior Physical and Health Educator at Brockton School. His expertise is coupled with patience and energy as Adam regularly delivers excellent sporting sessions for 5-12 year olds. He has recently begun coaching Basketball at Ball Lab and has numerous sporting passions including soccer, hockey, football, and track and field. As a father of 5 girls, we are very excited to have Adam's expertise on the team. ​
