Highly Experienced Coaches
Our highest-level coaches, Master Coaches are often (but not always) certified Physical Education teachers or experienced multi-sport leaders. They bring a wealth of expertise in youth sports and are trusted to lead groups, mentor other coaches, and uphold the highest standards of coaching, safety, and care at camp.
Experienced Coaches
Assistant Coaches are skilled and confident leaders in a specific sport or area(s). They may be school teachers, community coaches, or experienced athletes. Assistant Coaches lead sessions in their area of expertise and play a key role in supporting the overall delivery and energy of camp activities.
Ages 13-15
A fun and supportive volunteer role for youth interested in sports leadership. Junior Coaches shadow experienced staff, assist with activities, and learn the basics of coaching in a real camp environment. This is the perfect opportunity to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and explore a future in coaching or teaching.
Organized & Friendly
The friendly face at the front desk, the Camp Administrator keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. They manage sign-in and sign-out, handle minor first aid needs, and communicate with families throughout the day. While their focus is on organization and care, Camp Admins are always ready to jump in and support camp sessions when needed.
Highly Experienced Camp Leaders
An experienced Master Coach with added leadership responsibilities, the Camp Manager oversees the day-to-day delivery of the entire camp. They ensure smooth operations, support staff, communicate with families, and maintain the high standards that make SportsWeek exceptional. The Camp Manager sets the tone for energy, safety, and fun across the camp.
